Carolyn L. Mueller
The founder of Mueller Law Group LLC located in Beavercreek, Ohio. The firm focuses on Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Probate, Business Law, and Real Estate.
Carolyn has been admitted to practice law by the Ohio Bar Association since 1995. Drawing on her experience, Carolyn Mueller works with clients to develop a comprehensive plan to address their legal needs integrating their values and vision to help them achieve their goals.
Attorney Mueller graduated from Queens College, City University of New York with a B.A. and received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. She was an Associate Editor at the University of Dayton Law Review. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Dayton Bar Association.
Carolyn Mueller holds the coveted Distinguished and Client Champion Silver Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized in The Top Attorneys of North America, a New York based publication (2019-2020). Both publications profile leading attorneys who have reached a recognizable degree of success in their field.

Lisa Stevens
Lisa joined Mueller Law Group LLC as a probate paralegal after having assisted attorneys in probate and estate planning law for over 25 years. Lisa earned her associate degree in business management from Edison State Community College. Lisa finds helping people navigate the probate process during a difficult time in their lives rewarding and hopes she makes a tough situation a little bit easier.

Marcia Horton
Office Manager Marcia Horton is the friendly voice of the office. Marcia began helping around the office in 2015 and is now an integral part of its daily operations. Marcia has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in music education from Wright State University. She taught music in all of the Fairborn City School’s elementaries, middle school and high schools, retiring in 1997. While teaching she became the bookkeeper of her late husband, Dr. Michael Horton’s, veterinary hospital, retiring in 2010. Marcia has also retired as the organist of her church after 45 years of dedicated service. We are so glad she has chosen her next career to be with Mueller Law Group LLC.
